We are more than just a gymnastics company we are life changers...
— Solange Castro

Head Coach

Solange Castro is originally from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, where her gymnastics journey began at just 3 years old.

She competed through Level 8 before transitioning into competitive cheerleading, where she competed at ESPN's national championships in 2012. Her passion for coaching quickly became just as strong as her love for competing.

Throughout her coaching career, Solange worked her way up from coach to Recreational Director, eventually becoming a Team Coach, preparing and leading athletes to gymnastics competitions.

For over 15 years, gymnastics has been more than a career—it has been her lifestyle. She has witnessed firsthand how gymnastics transforms children by teaching perseverance, confidence, discipline, courage, leadership, and the mindset to never quit. Those lessons continue to shape who she is today.

As technology continues to become a larger part of children's lives, Solange believes it is more important than ever to keep kids active, healthy, and growing both physically and mentally. God eventually placed a bigger vision on her heart: to create an academy where gymnastics and faith work together.

That vision became We Do Gymnastics.

With God at the center of everything, the academy's mission is about much more than teaching flips and handstands. It is about raising the next generation with strong bodies, strong minds, strong character, and strong faith.

Solange believes every child has a unique purpose given by God. Her greatest passion is helping students discover confidence, resilience, and courage while reminding them that they were created for greatness.

At We Do Gymnastics, every child is seen, encouraged, challenged, and loved. Every class is an opportunity to build not only better athletes—but better people.

"We are not just building gymnasts. We are building champions for life."

I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
