Why do we recommend twice a week?
Consistency is the foundation of success in gymnastics. Every new skill is built through repetition, patience, and practice. The athletes who improve the fastest are the ones who train consistently.
Gymnastics may make incredible skills look easy, but anyone who has ever tried the sport knows they are anything but easy. Behind every cartwheel, handstand, back handspring, and flip are hundreds of repetitions, determination, and the willingness to never give up.
The more opportunities your child has to practice, the stronger, more confident, and more successful they become—not only in gymnastics but in life.
