Late Fee Policy
All payments are due on the 1st of the month.
Payments are automatic; parents have until the 3rd to complete payment.
A $15 late fee will be applied after the 3rd.
After 5 days, the late fee increases to $25.
Students cannot participate until payment is made.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance.
If proper notice is not provided, charges will continue for the following month.
