Academy Classes
We focus on proper technique from the start and motivate students to reach higher levels. Our small class sizes (5–10 students per class) allow us to give each child personalized attention—almost like a private lesson.
We work on developing coordination, flexibility, balance, strength, discipline, and a strong mindset. As students grow in skill and confidence, we continue to challenge them with new techniques and progressions from handstands to more advanced gymnastics.
Our program grows with your child, starting from our Baby Steps Class (for ages 2 and up) all the way through more advanced levels. Whether your child is just starting or ready for the next challenge, we’re here to guide them every step of the way.

Mommy & Me Gymnastics Class
This special class is designed for parents and their little ones—from walking age up to 2 years old—to explore movement and the basics of gymnastics together! It’s a fun, active way to bond while introducing your child to the bar, beam, and other exciting equipment in a safe and playful environment. Our Mommy & Me class supports early development by stimulating your child’s mind, enhancing motor skills, and improving hand-eye coordination. You’ll jump, sing, laugh, and grow together—creating beautiful memories every step of the way. Spots are limited—sign up today!!
Baby Step Class
We’re big kids now—and ready to shine! Our Baby Step Class is just for 3 to 5-year-olds who are ready to tumble, stretch, and have a blast—all by themselves! No parents needed in this one—we’re growing strong and confident as we learn real gymnastics skills.
With music, games, silly fun, and rewards for learning new moves, every class is an adventure. We work on building strength, flexibility, coordination—and most of all, confidence!

Beginning Class – Level 1
Our Level 1 class focuses on teaching the fundamentals of gymnastics with an emphasis on proper technique, strength, coordination, and flexibility. Students will be introduced to the basic skills on all four events: beam, vault, bars, and floor. This class is designed to build confident athletes while preparing and challenging them for the next level of their gymnastics journey

Homeschooling
We are a Step Up for Students Direct Provider.
We offer homeschooling classes during our normal business hours.
● Homeschool classes are currently offered Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:00 AM
to 10:00 AM.
● Parents are welcome to check our class schedule for additional days and times.
Our homeschooling program is an amazing way to keep students energized, help them
meet new friends, and have an incredible time while staying active.

Our Level 2 class is designed for students who are ready to take their gymnastics to the next level. This class focuses on developing and mastering more advanced skills across all four events: beam, vault, bars, and floor. Ideal for athletes who are serious about gymnastics, this program emphasizes proper technique, increased strength, and skill progression to prepare students for higher levels of training.
